Delete Your Account

You can delete your trxy™ account at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete from the app

  1. Open trxy™ and go to Settings
  2. Tap Account
  3. Tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm the deletion

Delete from the web

You don’t need the mobile app. Sign in at trxy-web.web.app/settings and use the Privacy section to manage your data settings and delete your account. This is the same self-serve deletion as in the app.

Delete by request

If you can no longer sign in, email trxy.beta@gmail.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

  • Your profile — username, bio, and profile photo
  • Your challenges, both sent and received
  • Your comments and reactions
  • Spots and photos you contributed
  • Your follower and following relationships
  • Your rank, stats, and challenge history
  • Any linked social handles, and the Instagram username stored against challenges you triggered by public comment

What may be retained

We retain a limited amount of data where the law requires it:

  • Records held for legal, security, or audit obligations, for the period the law requires
  • Evidence preserved under our Safety Standards where a child-safety report has been made — retained for a minimum of one year under the REPORT Act (2024)

Aggregated, anonymised data that cannot identify you may be retained.
